Exec 2012 Officer Profiles

We have thirteen lovely ladies who make up the Executive Board for the sorority. It is the Executive Board's job, along with their individual committees, to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the chapter.

Lauren Kley

Chapter President

As President, Lauren is responsible for the chapter activities and members, as well as managing the executive officers. She plans retreats for the chapter and the executive board, facilitates chapter meetings, and continually links our Alpha Chi chapter with the National Headquarters. She sits on all boards in the chapter and makes sure that new programs are implemented and that existing ones are improved. Lauren is a third year Industrial Engineering major from Cincinnati, OH. Siobhan Gallagher

VP Chapter Relations and Standards

Siobhan is the current VP Chapter Relations and Standards (CRS) for Epsilon Phi. As VP CRS, she is responsible for promoting membership standards and encouraging responsible behavior within the chapter. Her duties include overseeing a positive points system, leading CRS board meetings and resulting decisions, and recognizing members' positive contributions to the chapter, campus, and community. Kaylee Goss

VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation

As VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation, Kaylee Goss is responsible for the chapter's fraternal education, ritual and ceremony appreciation, philanthropy projects and fundraising. She oversees the observance of Hera Day and McDowell Month and acts as a liaison between the chapter and alumnae. She organizes Initiation for our new members, and plans parent and alumni events throughout the year. Kaylee is a second year Biochemistry major from Johns Creek, Georgia. Sarah Childs

VP Finance

As VP Finance, Sarah Childs is in charge of the chapter's budget and all financial responsibilities. She oversees each officer's budgets, as well as reimbursing members for expenses and ensuring all sisters pay their dues on time. She is also responsible for paying all the chapter's bills and monthly expenses. Sarah is a second year Industrial Engineering major from Kenessaw, Georgia. Isabelle Recaborde

VP New Member Education

As VP Educatio, Isabelle is in charge of educating new members about Alpha Chi Omega history as well as information specific to the Epsilon Phi chapter. She helps new members get acquainted with being a part of Alpha Chi Omega during the new member period. She is in charge of representing the new members on the Chapter Relations and Standards Board. Isabelle is also ensures that all new members are accalamated to and comfortable with the new enviornment at Georgia Tech. Lila Kate Cooley

VP Membership Programming

Lila Kate is the current VP Membership Programming. She oversees the personal development of our members through events such as sisterhood outings and date nights. She also keeps the chapter updated on things to do in the Atlanta area, and encourages sisters to take advantage of the entertainment and cultural venues surrounding campus. Rebecca Hamm

VP Intellectual Development

As VP Intellectual Development, Rebecca is responsible for helping our chapter maintain its outstanding academic performance. She keeps the chapter informed of important academic dates, provides study tips, and coordinates events such as the faculty luncheon. She is also a resource for sisters who may need academic help, and is familiar with all tutoring and academic help centers on campus. Erin Kelly

VP Panhellenic

Erin Kelly is the current VP Panhellenic. VP Panhellenic acts as the official liaison between Alpha Chi Omega (AXO) and the Collegiate Panhellenic Council (CPC), which is the umbrella organization for sororities at Georgia Tech. As a part of CPC, she votes on events and decisions affecting Greek life and AXO, lets the chapter know about CPC and other sororities' events, and promotes good relationships with other sororities. Erin is a second year Industrial Engineering major from Cincinnati, Ohio. Erin is a Georgia Tech Tour guide, GT1000 team leader, and is on the MOVE Disabilities committee. Kelsey Moore

VP Recruitment

Kelsey is the current VP Recruitment. She is responsible for organizing and planning all aspects of Formal Recruitment in the Fall. Kelsey works closely with both the Collegiate Panhellenic Council and our chapter to ensure Alpha Chi has a successful recruitment. Laura Powell

VP Risk Management

As VP Risk Management, Laura is responsible for keeping the chapter informed about health and safety across campus along with overseeing event planning and ensuring every event is well-planned and safe in accordance to Risk Management standards. Alpha Chi Omega follows the Fraternal Information and Programming Group (FIPG) when planning events. Laura is a third Public Policy major from Marietta, GA. Mary Frances Gasser

VP Facility Operations

Mary Frances is the current VP Facility Operations. She in in charge of working with the chapter, Housing Corps, and Nationals to make sure our beautiful house is kept in good shape. She also works with our Chef to manage our meal plan and make any suggestions or changes as necessary. Mary Frances is a third year Economics and International Affairs major from Birmingham, Alabama. Jessica Webster

VP Public Relations and Marketing

As VP Public Relations and Marketing, Jessica is in charge of positively promoting the Epsilon Phi chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. She develops and maintains clear ways to promote and market Alpha Chi to other chapters, the Greek Community, and the public in general. She provides Alpha Chi Omega Nationals with information about the chapter to keep advisors and other leadership figures "in the know." Jessica is a second year Industrial Engineering major. Rachel Gialenios

VP Philanthropy

As VP Philanthropy, Rachel is in charge of planning and coordinating philanthropic events and promoting Domestic Violence Awarness. She helps encourage particaption in campus philantrhopy events, as well as coordinates joint philanthropy and fundraising events with other organizations on campus. Rachel also educates the chapter about the important role of the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation. Rachel is a second year Civil Engineering major from Johns Creek, Georgia.
